遭柯建銘指「圍事」　羅瑩雪悍回「不接受」

【丁牧群／台北報導】法務部長羅瑩雪、檢察總長黃世銘今早到立法院備詢，被特偵組監聽的立委柯建銘一上台，就指著羅瑩雪説：「你是馬英九的御用律師，有這能耐領導法務部嗎？」接著大駡羅是「圍事」，批她幫黃世銘、馬英九、江宜樺護航，但羅悍然說：「（這說法）我不接受。」

柯建銘矛頭一轉，隔空斥責起訴黃世銘的台北地檢署主任檢察官張介清「巧妙切割，放掉馬英九、江宜樺」，柯還諷刺黃世銘被起訴是「劊子手的輓歌」，勸他當污點證人，尋求特赦。但台下的黃世銘板著臉，看都不看柯一眼。
