少匯20元　網路賣家控買家詐欺不起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】黎姓女子今年4月在拍賣網站上以21元低價標到韓國運動高領洋裝，賣家告知含運費200元共需匯款221元，但因黎女少匯20元，賣家不滿衣服寄出後，黎女遲遲沒補匯20元，形同只花1元就買到該件洋裝，賣家因而為了20元，怒控黎女詐欺。
 
黎女出庭否認詐欺，堅稱是因得標後，賣家在留言板上告知，要求她補匯，她也匯了，是挨告後才發現交易失敗，轉帳沒成功，否認詐欺，也願當庭還賣家20元。
 
檢方審酌賣家曾留言誤指只需匯款201元，且黎女曾轉帳20元給賣家，卻因銀行暫停跨行服務而轉帳失敗，認為黎女在下標時應無詐欺意圖，此案純屬民事糾紛，今將黎女不起訴。
