標題[問題] 請問如何申訴未"資遣通報"?

記得前鎮子 好像有看到人家分享可線上申訴 但是我卻怎麼也找不到 回頭再找那篇文章也找不著 請問有人知道該如何申訴要備哪些資料嗎? 因為即便打電話去問如不說個清楚 很容易變成雞同鴨講似的 下班前被炒 查了3個月內是沒問題的 也以在適用期內沒非自願離職 印象中曾經看過說簽了自訂合約這方面好像有生效!? 目前好像只能申訴他未做資遣通報的話是會被罰款的 不過好像大家的經驗是趕快補通報即可嗎? 請問有人清楚如何申訴嗎? 是只要申訴後即可嗎?還是需耗費心力在此呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.226.37.247
