各位前輩大家好 小弟我是今年七月初退伍的職場新鮮人 很幸運的在七月底找到工作 因為還不確定自己的志向 在剛開始投履歷時投了許多不同產業 後來錄取了一家上市傳產公司擔任會計一職 這裡步調緩慢教東西亦慢 讓我不禁覺得我這樣會不會沒有競爭力 內心希望公司能快速的把我外派出去 讓我去外面見識學習 但新鮮人多半要待一年到二年不等 因此我想趁這段時間加強自己的能力 以下是我想到的幾點 1. 外語能力(目前多益835):外語能力是現在最基本的,但現在我不知道應該從何 繼續學習並與工作相連結 2. 專業能力:有曾考慮過考會計師或CFA,但正因為還不清楚自己方向,不知該如何 說來慚愧,大學時最討厭的就是會計 3. 溝通能力:財會人員很長時間接觸的都是數字,因此,在與人溝通這塊有時 很薄弱,不知我應該如何加強溝通報告能力? 4. 與世界接軌:目前只閱讀工商,天下,Time,Bloomberg的一些文章 目前我想到且在做的只有以上幾點 煩請板上前輩不吝指教 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.170.240.101
