【聯合報╱記者藍宗標／台北報導】

2014年中華職棒新人選拔測試會，將於7日上午10時在新莊球場舉行，共有97名選手報名，其中60人符合資格，有11人可直接進入月底新人選秀會。

中職表示，49名選手有資格參加測試，創下歷年最高紀錄；過去一共進行14次新人測試會，去年30人報名，最後有10人通過測試，獲推薦參加選秀會，郭修延就是這樣被猿隊選中。

今年49名參加測試的選手中，有38名來自業餘社會隊，台北市隊11人最多，新北市隊8人、崇越科技6人、台東綺麗紅珊瑚和台中威達各5人、桃園航空城3人。

這49名選手，投手20人最多，捕手6人、內野手12人、外野手11人，最具知名度是在高中投出153公里速球，赴美加入水手隊的右投黃佳安，及身高198公分、打過小熊隊小聯盟的王梓安。
