前間諜：奈洛比恐攻原可避免

美國中央情報局和丹麥情報局的前線民史托姆說，西方情報單位錯過機會，未能捕獲或殺死肯亞奈洛比購物中心恐攻的幕後策畫者，索馬利亞裔肯亞人伊凱瑞馬（Ikrima）。

丹麥人史托姆告訴美國有線電視新聞網（ＣＮＮ）說，去年三月，丹麥情報機構ＰＥＴ代表美國中情局，提供他廿萬美元，要求他帶路找到伊凱瑞馬。伊凱瑞馬也是美國海豹特種部隊上月一項失敗逮捕任務的目標。海豹特種部隊突襲索馬利亞巴拉威市「青年黨」的一棟建築，但伊凱瑞馬已逃走。

史托姆說，如果他仍在替西方情報單位工作，可能風聞奈洛比購物中心的攻擊計畫，但他因另一項葉門任務與ＰＥＴ鬧不和，因此二○一二年年中，已結束和ＰＥＴ與中情局的合作關係。

肯亞首都奈洛比的西門購物中心九月廿一日發生恐攻，攻擊者是索馬利亞好戰團體青年黨的成員，六十九人於攻擊中喪命。（ＣＮＮ）
