北部濕涼　迎風面花蓮以北恐有大雨

【張勵德／台北報導】今天受到東北季風影響，迎風面的花蓮以北到基隆北海岸降雨時間較長，並有大雨或豪雨發生機會，桃園以北地區也有短暫雨，中南部平地仍維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣，提醒民眾外出記得攜帶雨具。

至於氣溫方面，今天各地低溫約攝氏20到23度，北部及宜蘭花蓮高溫約攝氏25到26度，天氣較為濕涼，其他地區高溫約攝氏28到30度，日夜溫差較大。

從昨天到今天上午8時為止，新北市大坪已有248毫米的雨量，達到大豪雨等級(24小時累積雨量達200毫米以上)。中央氣象局持續發布豪雨特報，今天基隆北海岸、新北市、宜蘭及台北市山區有局部大雨或豪雨發生機會，花蓮地區有局部大雨，尤其連日降雨山區土石鬆動，請慎防坍方及落石。氣象局預估，明天東北季風減弱，降雨情況會稍微趨緩，除了東半部及北部地區有局部短暫雨以外，其他地區為多雲到晴。
