摘要：馬英九總統提出三問，為何工程比人慢？英文比人差？貿易自由化程度也落後呢？昨天在臉書談到台灣競爭力時說，香港蓋一棟38層樓的公寓只需要一年，一層樓只要四天就蓋好，但在台灣，蓋12層樓公寓就要兩年。他還指出，近年台灣學生英文能力，包括托福、多益成績輸給韓國、大陸；過去十年，韓國和其他國家簽FTA遠遠超過台灣。
