勞退新制收繳率99.75% 勞工可查詢確認

勞委會表示，勞退新制開辦以來，已提繳退休金達9, 165億餘元，收繳率高達99.75%，目前有近20億元的催收款項，勞工若擔心自己的勞退金提繳情形，可透過各種查詢管道查詢個人專戶。

勞保局說明，催收款項部分，主要是勞退金採事後收繳方式，以及企業結束營業未辦理停繳手續，導致虛計退休金造成，勞保局將繼續加強催欠作業，保障勞工權益。目前已有個人專戶的勞工多達923萬多人。

勞工朋友可透過自然人憑證登錄勞保局網站查詢，或親至勞保局及該局各辦事處臨櫃查詢，或向土銀等五家銀行或郵局申請勞動保障卡，透過發卡銀行的自動櫃員機（ATM）查詢。
