歐央降息創歷史低點　歐股收紅

歐洲中央銀行今天降息，將基準利率降到0.5%的歷史新低點，歐洲三大股市終場都收小紅。 　

倫敦股市金融時報百種股價指數（FTSE 100）終場上漲0.15%，收在6460.71點。 　
法蘭克福股市DAX 30指數上漲0.61%，收在7961.71點。
巴黎股市CAC 40指數小漲0.05%，收在3858.76點。
