台中市1名陳姓男子(40歲)專營非法外勞仲介生意，與1名印尼非法女外勞Vivi發(21歲)生婚外情，陳男妻子知道後憤而向移民署檢舉。Vivi心有不甘，也向移民署檢舉陳男非法仲介。移民署中區專勤隊昨天查獲陳男、9名雇主、10名逃逸外勞，訊後依違反《就業服務法》移送法辦，並函送台中市政府裁罰。

《聯合報》報導，Vivi擔任陳男的電話行銷專員、翻譯，還誘使合法外勞離開原雇主，由陳男轉介其他工作。Vivi成為陳男小三後，一再要求陳男離婚，陳妻知情後，憤而向移民署檢舉「Vivi」是逃逸外勞，陳男為此和陳妻大吵一架，陳妻離家出走。
