林益世一審獲輕判，由於年初林家才遷移祖墳，是否因此有助逢凶化吉？雖然

不信者恆不信，但當時建議遷墳的風水師邱崑益認為有正面影響；命理師廖大乙

也認為遷墳有益官司，還指林益世將遇到貴人~不過受林家委託的堪輿師邱崑益

特地澄清：「林掌遺骸絕對沒有成蔭屍，只聽聞日前宗族擲筊時，神明指示留心

墳後山下的新闢魚塭。」

命理專家陳冠宇認為，若墳塚是以磚頭、水泥砌成，表示事先已研究過風水位

置，一般不會輕易打破撿骨，尤其林掌1967年去世安葬多年，林家撿骨代表事

情不單純。
