4都1準升格　人事費增99億

銓敘部向考試院會報告4都1準（排除北市）升格後變動情況，升格後共2154個8職等以上職務（增加41%），其中1362名主管（簡任107名、薦任1255名），792名非主管（簡任210名、薦任582名），增最多的是8到9職等的非主管職務，如秘書、技正，增加765名（+156%，台中、高雄各增約2百最多），薦任9職等的科長、主任也增888個職務數，增加比率165%（台中、台南各約2百多名）。

改制後，4都1準共增人事費99億元，其中台中增37億最多，其次桃園21億、新北市20億、台南市12億，高雄9億最少。人事費增加後，台北市總數達365億最高，高雄市277億居次，台南市183億最少。
