北市敦化段都更案 寶路得標

（中央社記者林惠君台北2013年5月25日電）營建署表示，「台北市敦化段四小段363-1地號」等4筆土地都市更新事業徵求實施者案，由寶路營造取得最優申請人資格，開發權利金計新台幣22億8000萬元。

這項都更案是由內政部營建署城鄉發展分署接受國防部政治作戰局委託代辦，土地面積約1328多坪，第2次招商有2家廠商通過資格審查並進入綜合評選階段，分別為寶路營造公司、皇翔建設公司，經23日綜合評選審查後，由寶路取得最優申請人資格。
