【短片】建仔周日戰金鶯　變化球殺敵

【楊逸民／美國加拿大多倫多報導】王建民今天進牛棚練投，共投50球，投手教練渥克(Pete Walker)重點還是放在建仔的變化球上，連牛棚投手教練韓特根(Pat Hentgen)也來幫忙觀察建仔的放球點，並與渥克交換意見。

建仔表示，本次練習著重在變化球，希望掉的位置能更好，教練也建議他指叉球握球手指可以夾得再深一點，有助於指叉球進壘變化的幅度更大。渥克還請1名球員到捕手旁充當打者，一起觀察建仔變化球進壘的角度。
