早知立法院被監聽？　羅瑩雪稱：不知情

立法院監聽風暴越演越烈，現在不僅有週刊踢爆，根據通聯紀錄顯示，特偵組疑似早在5月就已經知道所監聽的「0972」是立院總機；立委賴士葆今（9）日上午在立法院質詢時，要求法務部長羅瑩雪對案情進行說明，對於是否早知立法院被監聽一事，羅瑩雪表示，不知情。

立委賴士葆在質詢時表示，法務部目前鬥爭激烈，相關人士已分成好幾派互別苗頭，因此才會有人不斷放出消息，希望羅瑩雪回去查清楚；而對於相關案情，賴士葆問羅瑩雪監聽調查小組的調查報告會不會在本周出爐，羅瑩雪回答，不知道。因此有法界人士質疑，身為法務部長，羅瑩雪為何會對案情都不知情。

特偵組被爆出違法監聽立院總機，引發朝野立委同聲抨擊，先前特偵組召開記者會聲稱，不知「0972」開頭的號碼，是立院總機對外的節費號碼。但法務部的調查小組卻發現，在清查立院0972總機節費電話通聯記錄時，發現5月底有一通是特偵組打進總機，因此推論特偵組當時就知道「0972」是立院總機，特偵組根本是公然說謊！
