船翻妻困舢舨下溺斃　夫慟「無能為力」

【戴之聖、蔡進男╱基隆報導】新北市一對退休夫妻，前天從基隆搭乘小舢舨出海釣魚，回港時因風浪太大船被打翻，救難人員獲報摸黑搜救，由直升機將攀在船尾呼救的丈夫救回，他擔心失蹤妻子安危，一下機又立刻趕回漁港，潛水人員最後在翻覆舢舨下找到其妻遺體，丈夫悲痛說：「我知道老婆在翻覆船體下方，但我真的無能為力。」兒子則跪在地上大哭：「媽媽！」
