代理教師的聘書
代理教師的聘書 , 性質為何?若代理教師可否單方中止聘任,是否違反法令?若校方單方終止聘書(尚未至聘期屆滿),卻未在聘書上載明但書,是否違法法令?因代理職缺教師臨時銷假復職,是否不論代理教師聘書上聘約載明為何,均要無條件解聘?而銷假復職之教師因身體尚未恢復而私下請代課教師代課(銷假復職教師並無請假 ,教師依然到校,但因身體微恙而無法正常上課,因而請代課教師幫忙上課),此事是否違反法令?
