新竹市一名女獸醫師歐千愉（31歲），疑不滿同居且已婚的女友吵著要搬回丈夫住處，去年底竟趁為女友陳宥淇（29歲）施打助眠麻醉劑時，混合動物用及人體麻醉劑，造成女友身亡。

歐女辯稱不知藥物可致命，檢方痛批她擁有醫療專業背景，豈有不知情的道理，唯恐女友離開身邊，竟注射足以致死麻藥，昨依殺人罪嫌起訴。
