宏達電內鬼案　聲押處長、3交保

【胡守得／台北報導】台北地檢署漏夜複訊宏達電設計部門內鬼案5嫌，清晨7時10分許，依違反證券交易法向台北地方法院聲請羈押處長吳建弘；昨天深夜臨時到案的資深經理黃國清，及早已鎖定的設計主管黃弘毅，則分別於6時半、6時50分經檢察官訊後，依證券交易法各以10萬、30萬交保候傳；目前尚餘副總經理簡志霖由檢察官偵訊中。
                                                                                
至於提供不實發票供簡志霖等人向宏達電詐領千萬設計費的威信電通實際負責人張俊宜，則於凌晨1時20分早一步由檢察官依違反商業會計法以10萬元交保。
