哈登：火箭更勝巔峰湖人

NBA新球季明天登場，火箭隊開幕戰在後天上午8點於主場迎戰山貓。哈登昨在球迷會上表示，「我和霍華的組合如同當年『俠客』歐尼爾與布萊恩，球隊戰力更勝巔峰時期的湖人。」

對此，霍華認為，「過往能奪冠的球隊都有非常厲害的雙人組合，尤其是一內一外的搭檔更是威力無窮，從早期魔術強生/賈霸、崔斯勒/歐拉朱旺，到歐尼爾/布萊恩，但仍有例外史塔克頓/馬龍，不過，這具有指標意義，我和哈登來到休士頓的目的就是總冠軍戒。」

哈登指出，「霍華來到休士頓的最大優點在於進攻端對手不敢隨便離開禁區防我，因，霍華即可輕鬆在籃下得分，防守端方面，即使我漏掉應該的防守球員時，後面還有霍華可當最後一道屏障，無論遭遇怎樣的麻煩，他都能在背後支持我，這是我出道以來從來不曾有過如此強而有力的隊友。」
