「假日沒人修」　水公司任水流13小時

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台灣自來水公司第二區管理處桃園服務所被投訴，接獲民眾通報路面水管破裂後，值班人員竟回覆民眾找不到施工人員處理，延誤搶修，讓大量自來水平白流失至少13小時。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，桃園徐先生表示，10月20日晚上約7時，行經桃園蘆竹鄉海湖村海湖186-3號附近，看見有大量自來水從道路地底湧出，路面水流成河，他研判是自來水管線破裂，便打電話到台灣自來水公司第二區管理處桃園服務所通報搶修。一名廖姓值班人員接聽電話，告訴他上午就接獲通報，但假日找不到施工人員，無法處理，徐先生當場傻眼。

對此，台灣自來水公司第二區管理處回應，是值班人員不熟悉業務所致，誤判破裂的是私人管線，才沒進行止水及通報維修人員，會懲處。
