報導陳玉珍涉貪挨告　中天2記者不起訴

去年3月5日電玩大亨施永華在《聯合報》刊登頭版廣告，具名指高檢署女檢察官陳玉珍涉長期包庇電玩，中天電視杜姓、吳姓記者隨即專訪施永華，當天播出施指陳收賄2200萬元等情節，事後陳玉珍對2名記者提告加重誹謗。

2人辯稱根據施永華的廣告進行採訪，並向特偵組查證，確認施永華檢舉陳玉珍涉貪案仍在偵辦中，至於2200萬元收賄部分只是引述施的說法，沒有個人意見。

北檢認定，施永華具名刊登廣告且提供相關文件佐證，並非虛構聳動的廣告，且事後陳玉珍已因涉貪被起訴，顯示2名記者並無誹謗犯意，今將兩人不起訴。
