西發債超越高標 借貸成本降

（中央社台北2013年5月9日電）西班牙今天發債突破高標，借貸成本下滑，歐洲中央銀行（ECB）的降息舉措促使歐元區經濟低迷國家的債券價格揚升。

西班牙中央銀行西班牙銀行（Bank of Spain）說，西班牙國庫署標售45.7億歐元（60億美元）債券，高於發債高標45億歐元。

3年期基準票據得標殖利率2.247%，相較於4月18日的2.792%。5年期基準債得標殖利率2.789%，4月則是3.257%。2026年到期債券得標殖利率4.336%，相較於上次在1月10日發行時的5.555%。

2016年到期票據的需求是發行額度的2.34倍，相較於上月的2.84倍，2018年到期證券投標倍數則是2.24倍，相較於前次發行時的2.52倍。2026年到期債券投標倍數為1.62倍，相較於1月的2.85倍。國庫署下週將重返市場發行6個月與12個月期債券。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
