2萬多人健走 享中興新村風光

〔自由時報記者佟振國／南投報導〕為健康，走就對了！二○一三全國萬人健走活動，二十八日於南投縣中興新村登場，吸引來自全國各地逾二萬六千人參加，全程五公里的健行路線充滿清涼林蔭，還能飽覽中興新村優美風光。

邁入第五年的全國萬人健走活動，以往都在北部都會區舉辦，今年首度移師中部，地點就在充滿林蔭大道美景的南投市中興新村，上午九時由熱鬧的戰鼓舞獅揭開序幕，還有電音三太子分送五彩氣球，並與民眾相互擊掌。

副總統吳敦義也到場為民眾加油打氣，強調「中興以人才為本，人才以健康為本」，因為健走可不限地點、不用器材，是最健康、最經濟的規律運動，希望大家能走出健康與快樂。

縣府秘書長陳朝旺、南投市長許淑華表示，本次活動來自外縣市的民眾就接近二萬人報名，還有遠從金門、澎湖離島前來響應的「愛走族」，加上縣內民眾自行參加，估計人數逾二萬六千人。
