凱薩琳麗塔瓊斯躁鬱症復發　住院30天

凱薩琳麗塔瓊斯躁鬱症復發，上個月29日進入治療中心，這次病發她將進行30天的療程，不過她展現良好心態，透過發言人富勒主動發表聲明，表示這次她會以樂觀態度面對自己的病情。

今年43歲的麗塔瓊斯，2011年時，因為老公麥克道格拉斯罹癌，讓她身心都面臨巨大壓力，結果出現躁鬱症跡象。透過治療後她的生活也慢慢回歸正常，不過她曾在接受電視訪問時，坦言自己對於再公開談論躁鬱症病情，感到很厭煩，也不願意讓自己的情緒困擾變新聞焦點。

麗塔瓊斯認為，每個人都該選擇對自己最好的方式求助，而不是只大呼自己很可憐。罹患第二型躁鬱症的她，被歸類為輕躁加上重鬱，她坦然面對病情，她希望自己積極求診，能鼓勵其他也有同樣困擾的人，她認為：「沒有人應該默默受苦。」
