宜蘭縣羅東鎮中正路一家銀樓4月18日發生搶奪案件，歹徒佯稱購買金飾，趁被害店家疏於警覺之際，搶奪重約1兩5錢的黃金項鍊後騎車逃逸，警方今天持拘票將涉案的鍾姓嫌犯逮捕到案。

宜蘭縣警局羅東分局比對案發時歹徒特徵及路口監視器畫面，發現歹徒犯案騎乘的機車，懸掛的是在蘇澳新站火車站失竊的機車車牌，警方不排除歹徒有地緣關係且為計畫性犯案，多日來過濾監視器畫面，鎖定鍾姓嫌犯涉案。

警方調查，鍾嫌在民國85年間也曾以相同手法搶奪銀樓，因積欠賭債及地下錢莊債務，再度鋌而走險，佯稱購買金飾趁機搶奪，金飾得手後立即交由臺北黃金回收業者變現，案發後因躲避債務且為防警方追緝，居無定所四處為家，警方專案小組多日埋伏查訪，今天持宜蘭地檢署核發的拘票將他逮捕，鍾嫌到案後坦承犯行不諱，全案依搶奪罪移送偵辦。
