林益世涉貪輕判　綠委：賴素如會判無罪啦！

對於行政院前秘書長林益世涉貪一審判決7年4個月，民進黨團記者會痛批，「完全執政，完全護貪」。
 
潘孟安說，林益世案，檢方先劃地自限，院方再輕判縱放，司法教材恐改寫，質疑李朝卿、賴素如是否都將輕判。
 
吳秉叡質疑都講好了，「一審判、二審判點半、三審豬腳麵線」，他也嘲諷，以法官觀點，林益世現在應很怨嘆，媽媽為什麼要把合法美金燒掉。
 
趙天麟也說，依林益世判例，賴素如現在可以放鞭炮、吃豬腳麵線了，會判無罪啦！
