趁急救性侵女大生　消防員判賠50萬

北市消防局一張姓前隊員2010年5月17日，趁載運1名心臟不適的辣妹送醫急救時，竟大膽在救護車上將手伸進棉被解開辣妹短褲，以手指性侵還摸胸，20歲的女大生就醫後，向男友哭訴「他摸我！」男友當場報警處理。

由於女大生指證歷歷，且張員手套被驗出女大生DNA，他因此被依公務員假借職務乘機性交罪，被判刑4年10月定讞；士林地院民事庭今天判決他需另賠償女大生50萬元精神慰撫金。
