※ [本文轉錄自 Accounting 看板 #1HWDODyu ] 作者: acc123 (acc) 看板: Accounting 標題: [問題] 離職賠償 時間: Wed May 1 16:44:59 2013 如題 打算在這個忙季結束後就離開 當初合約內有記載 (受聘人同意自到職日起至少任職兩年，兩年內若違反事務所規定離職、由於私人原因主 動終止契約、或受聘人對所擔任工作確不能勝任時，須賠償事務所違約金(主要包括但不 限於接受事務所培訓費用及培訓期間之薪資、工作時未善盡專業上應有之注意對事物所造 成的有形無形損害等) 想請問如果只有上兩堂3小時的課(營業稅、查核準則) 這樣子的話賠償金如果到半個月的薪資各位能接受嗎?(感覺合約定的很籠統) 另外如果是被資遣掉還需要賠償嗎?因為如果依照合約的話感覺好像還是要?
