東莞雞隻 確診感染H7N9

廣東省農業廳5日表示，在東莞市東城三鳥批發市場中的雞隻樣本，確認帶有H7N9禽流感病毒。這是禽流感爆發至今，廣東省內第一次證實有雞隻感染的案例。

4月27日，廣東省動物疫病預防控制中心檢測出疑似H7亞型禽流感病毒核酸陽性後，就立即關閉東城三鳥批發市場，並全面消毒、撲殺市場內共89864隻禽類，也對198名曾在市場內曾與這些雞隻密切的人進行追蹤研究，所幸目前尚未發現有任何人健康狀況異常。

廣東省政府部署，3日至5日所有活禽市場輪流休市清潔消毒一天，也緊急派出6個督導組前往廣東各地督查民眾防疫工作，截至4日已對規模養殖場、散養戶、活禽交易市場等重點場所的27853份進行樣品檢驗，目前均未檢出H7N9禽流感病毒核酸，也未發現人感染H7N9病例。

廣東各地農牧部門目前正擴大禽流感監測範圍，強化排查、消毒、檢疫、監督執法等防控措施。廣東省農業廳副廳長鄭惠典說，H7N9禽流感對廣東禽業影響之大，已超過了2004年禽流感時期，據估算，廣東省家禽養殖場戶日虧損額已超1億元。
