台電新任總經理朱文成，今天上午受邀出席國民黨團記者會，賴士葆問他對核四的態度，朱說，政府說要建就會建，要停就會停。

朱文成說，但若要建，一定會負責核四的安全，社會上對核能有恐懼，但核四已耗費3千多億元，加上台電負債2千多億元，總共5千多億元債務，要怎麼處理？

朱文成說，台電是請他來當總經理，但他無力解決5千億元的債務，大家要思考這個問題。

對於恩師陳謨星痛罵「核電是最爛的電」，朱說，電都是一樣的，沒有最好或最爛的。

外傳台電要向中國買電，朱也否認，說這不合經濟效益。
