洪案4名被告　最快下午開接押庭

記者vs.范佐憲(2013.7.28)：「是不是認為對不起洪仲丘，你覺得你自己有沒有錯，有沒有什麼話要說？」

軍檢起訴後，在押4名被告，包括范佐憲、陳毅勳、何江忠、徐信正，依法通通移審到軍法院，讓法官決定要不要繼續羈押。TVBS記者趙國涵：「洪仲丘案偵查終結，依法北部軍事檢察署起訴，必須移審，把案件交給北部軍事法院開接押庭，法界人士分析，陳毅勳涉犯重罪，很難爭取交保，但另外3名被告涉犯輕罪，有機會重金換取自由之身。」

由於陳毅勳涉嫌妨害自由、凌虐部屬等4項罪名，刑期7年以上，最重可處無期徒刑，屬於重罪，可能會被裁定繼續羈押，至於副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正，以及范佐憲等人，只有被起訴妨害自由等兩項罪名，刑責5年以下，再加上沒有串供、逃亡之虞，交保機會高。

軍檢署表示，現役軍人一旦犯法，遭收押立刻去職，也就是說洪仲丘案被收押的4名被告，范佐憲、陳毅勳、何江忠、徐信正，今天就算能夠重金交保，也無法返回部隊
