郵局辦外幣存款 兆豐銀主動伸援手

中華郵政公司開辦外幣存款，兆豐商銀董事長蔡友才主動伸出援手，提供辨識、內控與拋補三項協助，郵局可望縮短學習曲線，共同嘉惠300萬名偏鄉民眾。

偏鄉居民期待外幣存款服務，尤其是美元與人民幣一事，引發關注。蔡友才昨（2）日表示，中華郵政董事長李紀珠是兆豐金的董事，他會在本月兆豐金董事會後，與李紀珠詳談，共盡企業社會責任。

據了解，中華郵政因為人員經驗不足，開辦外幣存款的預審計畫書，在央行躺了快一個月，看到郵政公司人員有熱情但摸不著頭緒，央行人員也很心急。

蔡友才昨日表示，不敢說指導郵政公司，但願意分享經驗，希望中華郵政早日通過央行審核。
