利用「淘寶網」漏洞　男買空賣空騙匯款

新北市刑大科技偵防組偵破一起新興的詐騙手法，一名吳姓嫌犯(33歲)利用買空賣空的方式詐騙。因中國拍賣網站「淘寶網」交易，需使用網站所設立的付費平台支付寶儲值後才能在網站上買東西，因此利用台灣人無法申請實名認證，及沒有中國銀行的帳戶等漏洞，號稱在台灣地區發展代充值、代付款的服務。

當民眾受騙上當後，匯款給代儲值業者的帳戶，代儲值業者將錢轉入中國後，吳嫌隨即將錢提領出來，等到一般民眾知道受騙時，錢已被提領一空。警方逮捕在宜蘭的吳姓男子，目前查出20多人受騙，受騙金額高達百萬元以上，訊後依詐欺罪嫌將吳男移送。
