最近中央、地方涉貪案件頻傳，法務部廉政署長朱坤茂昨向台中市600位校長、主任們進行演講。據《聯合報》報導，朱坤茂說，公務員不是拿錢才會出事，例如使用會員卡採購公物，「私吞」累積紅利點數，吃了飯驗收就放水，或是浮報價額等，都算是不正利益，都有事。

另外，朱茂坤也說，南投縣府限制性招標案達87%，審計室預警了還依然故我，他感嘆，賴素如、林益世這些人涉案，「讓總統情何以堪！」
