凱西不斷電購入COMAN JS-4255+CV-0

最近買了這隻腳架 COMAN JS-4255+CV-0 買不到一個月用不到10次發生悲劇了..

球型油壓無法放鬆 卡住了無法轉向..

退到最鬆都還是不行 想說整個轉下來好了 球型雲台還是整個卡住...
詢問賣家處理方式 說要送回代理商 不過還要附回郵100元 我覺得在保固期內的東西 而且還是還沒判定
是商品本身問題還是人為因素產生故障 等於說不管原因我就一定要去負擔來回運費 這就讓我覺得不太合理
如果是商品本身問題為什麼我還要在去付送回來的運費 買不到一個月的東西我要花錢寄過去就算了 如果說是我自己弄壞的只要報價時在添加運費上去我想我也不會多說什麼..
現在我也不太想送回去了一個好像幾百元的東西 運費我拿來我在貼幾百買個新的可能會比較實在 如果有人知道這裝置動作原理 教我怎修復就感恩不盡了 修不好我想在球型轉向那加個油增加潤滑度 用到壞在買新的....
