夫妻簽約不干擾私生活　妻告小三敗訴

王姓男子22年前因與妻子感情不睦，雙方簽定「雙方互不干擾私生活」合約，王男願支付妻子1千萬元，每月給妻3萬5千元生活費，雙方之後互不干擾彼此私生活。

但4年前王妻又以丈夫通姦為由，訴請離婚並要求給付生活費，後來雙方和解，王男同意生活費加為每月5萬元。但今年王妻又指廖姓小三與王男同居通姦，甚至還稱王男為老公，控告廖女並向其求償150萬元。

草擬合約的王男女兒做證說，不干擾私生活是指不論在外同居與交男女朋友，對方都不能管，當時母親就知父與人同居，法官也認為，王妻22年前就已在合約上簽字，即便王男真有與廖女同居，王妻的配偶權益也未受損，不能再以王男與廖女有染而要求賠償，判她敗訴。
