食不安心／食安 是企業社會責任

頂新集團魏家四董對食安問題表達的「物價天花板」理論，筆者有不同的看法。

食安問題不應以物價天花板效應作為解釋。以最近爆發食油危機的廠商為例，每年營業額與經營規模驚人，屬於食品大廠，但是為了追求更高的利潤而使用劣質油品混充，甚至是名不副實（百分之百黑麻油卻加入其他的油品），其主因並不是物價天花板效應，更明確的說是過度追求利潤的結果。

食品廠商除了追求利潤以外，提供安心、可負擔的食品更是企業的社會責任。優良的企業總不能每次在食品危機發生時，再出來以受害者自居；除了政府確實稽查以外，企業更應該思考如何維持與把關產品品質，以維持消費者信任。

有良心的食品廠商，寧願多花一點工夫、減少一點利潤，以維護產品的品質與口碑。除了政府法令與落實稽核以外，食品安全最終仍需要廠商的良心與良知把關，以免使台灣真的成為黑心食品王國。
