今天立院內政委員會審議《公民投票法》修法草案，其中，親民黨團提案，將公投投票人年齡門檻，由現行20歲降低為18歲。

親民黨團總召李桐豪說，全世界有162國家投票年齡為18歲，這是全世界潮流。

行政院秘書長陳威仁報告時回應，因《憲法》規定，我國國民年滿20歲可依法選舉，而公投與選舉的投票，應併同選舉權年齡一併考量。

隨後，中選會副主委劉義周備詢時表示，18歲可參與國家投票，應該是趨勢，應修憲修改20歲門檻，才不會在不同法律有不同適用狀況。
