摘要：家扶基金會把4月28日訂為兒童保護日，台東家扶中心利用早市，到台東市中央市場播下保護兒童的種子，希望民眾簽名加入，就從自己家中做起。近幾個月來，台東發生兩件帶著孩子自殺的案件，幸好最後都被救下來。(20130428)聯合報施鴻基台東報導。 場記（28秒）：受訪者家扶扶幼主委彭宏盛
