藥師發揮專業 總統肯定社區藥局顧民眾健康

馬英九總統今天(29日)接見「世界藥學會(FIP)」會長米歇爾‧布赫曼(Michel Buchmann)博士時表示，台灣實施醫藥分業制度多年，讓他深刻體會到藥師如果充分發揮專業，對一般民眾將有很大的幫助，不但能替民眾把關，減少非必要用藥或重複用藥，也保障了用藥的正確性。

總統指出，台灣社區藥局相當普遍，「不亞於7-11」，對照顧社區民眾健康可說是得心應手。總統更舉出10年前的SARS與3年前的H1N1時期，社區藥局都發揮重要功能，在預防傳染病或處理上都有一定成效。

總統表示，5年前兩岸關係開始改善，之後簽訂兩岸醫藥衛生合作協議，讓兩岸醫藥界本著平等、互惠原則交流；去年在北京舉辦兩岸醫藥服務管理制度交流研討會，補強了醫藥衛生合作協議中沒列入的部分，也達成一些共識。總統認為醫藥分業制度在台灣行之有年，成效卓著，這項經驗可以與中國大陸分享。
