摘要：相信一位視障者可以出國自助旅行，而且行程規劃都自己一手包辦嗎？樂觀的賴冠廷就有辦法。全盲的賴冠廷，目前擔任桃園縣楊梅大同國小的幹事，生性樂觀的他，面對挫折卻積極面對，遭逢裁員後轉報考公職，民國99年錄取三等身障特考。工作之餘，擅長利用電腦蒐集旅遊資訊，去年底才去香港玩一趟的他，接下來要挑戰京都、大阪，自助旅行一點都難不倒他。
