2013／4 http://vikingbear.pixnet.net/blog/post/28526096 地址 : 台北市新民街55號 電話 : 02-2788-9149 營業時間 : 週一 ~ 週六，11:30am-2:00pm，5:00pm-9:00pm 船屋是南港園區裡的生魚片丼飯 用餐時間的客人可以說是絡繹不絕 如果晚點來還得等待一下才有位置 點丼飯如果是套餐的話 會先送上一份沙拉 份量不大卻誠意十足 用油醋當作醬汁~ 吃起來頗為清爽 食材吃起來也頗為爽口 附贈的味噌湯 裡面給的豆腐跟碎魚肉也不少 可以說是幾乎每一口都吃得到料 不過個人是覺得有點腥味就是了@@ 核桃小魚乾 下面墊著是高麗菜絲 主要的味道是用蜜汁調味 味道有點略重 吃起來很爽口就是~ 我點的是鮭魚親子丼 有鮭魚卵~蝦卵~ 跟新鮮的鮭魚生魚片 給的挺大方的 又有些日式的漬物在裡面 用料算是豐富有誠意 男友點的是照燒松阪豬肉 豬肉片吃起來有點厚度 口感有點脆脆的也不賴 照燒醬汁的調味不會口味太重 也是個還不錯的嘗試 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.66.108.105
