委國拍紀錄片惹禍 美製片挨告

（法新社卡拉卡斯28日電） 委內瑞拉對聲稱正在拍攝紀錄片的美國電影製片人崔西（Timothy Tracy）正式提起刑事告訴，指控他搧動選後動亂。

卡拉卡斯法院昨晚發出聲明表示，崔西正式罪名包括謀反罪、供詞不實及使用偽造文件。

根據委國官員，崔西24日在卡拉卡斯附近1座機場打算搭機離開時遭拘留。委國官員也公布他的照片。

根據媒體報導，35歲的好萊塢製片崔西自去年以來致力於拍紀錄片。

崔西的委任律師斯帝法諾（Gloria Stifano）表示，他的工作「和國家安全無關」。

斯帝法諾告訴「全球電視」（Globovision）：「影片是個別的故事，目的是要了解分歧對人們造成的心理影響。」他指的是委國在總統大選前及選舉結束兩週來民眾出現嚴重政治裂痕。

她說，崔西的工作需要和各政治派別的人互動，但「這個年輕人並不是在執行臥底工作」。

崔西上週遭逮捕後，美方也否認委國對他是間諜的指控。（譯者：中央社陳蓉）
