蘇貞昌遊宜蘭綠博 再談入黨審查

民進黨黨主席蘇貞昌今天上午到宜蘭綠色博覽會遊園，談到最近議論紛紛的入黨審查問題，他再次重申將以地方「實質審查」取代「形式審查」，讓綠色色彩不被黑色、紅色汙染。

蘇貞昌說，民進黨本來就有排黑條款，如今只是將排黑條款擺在入黨審查階段，「排黑是民進黨一直以來的堅持。」，昨天黨內主管會報已經交代將實質審查取代形式審查，現階段將對已入黨的黨員進行總體檢。

蘇貞昌強調，實質審查是二級二審，若是地方受到壟斷杯葛，或當事人權益受到不適當對待，還是會有黨中央二級審查來救濟，民進黨大門依然敞開，維持民主開放的精神。
