防H7N9禽流感，發燒先別吃退燒藥

國內出現首例H7N9禽流感確定病例，台中市政府今天下午召開防疫會議，疾管局中區防疫指揮官沈光和分析，該患者12日發燒，直到16日才服用克流感，中間可能有自行服用退燒藥。

他提醒，發燒病患到藥局購買退燒藥時，藥師應詳細追問，若有疫區旅遊史或工作史、禽鳥接觸史等，應轉介就醫篩檢，不要賣出退燒藥，免得暫時服藥退燒後，反而影響後續治療。

台中市衛生局呼籲，民眾發燒不要輕易服用退燒藥，尤其到訪疫區、有禽鳥接觸史的民眾，若有發燒、咳嗽等類流感症狀，應趕快就醫篩檢。
