夜半電鑽跟鞋敲地板　惡鄰噪音判賠9萬

搬家到基隆的許姓男子，2010年10月才住進社區，樓上林姓住戶就經常故意在陽台及公共樓梯間，對許男惡言相向「吃屎長大的」、「滾出社區」，還會在半夜使用電鑽，而且故意大力敲打地板，讓許家人無法睡覺，平時也會在屋內穿高跟鞋走動，故意製造聲響擾鄰。

許男多次與林女溝通未獲改善，更是變本加厲製造噪音，導致許家人整天提心吊膽，許男妻子甚至因睡眠不足而精神恍惚，幼女更常作惡夢，聞旁人講話立即放聲大哭，根本無法正常上幼稚園，最後逼得許男全家不得不搬離。

許男依侵權行為損害賠償事件對林女提告，基隆法院判林女賠償9萬元慰問金給許男，林女提出上訴，今年4月22林女二審上訴遭駁回。
