葡萄牙減支 目標砍3萬公務員

（法新社里斯本3日電） 葡萄牙總理庫艾留（PedroPassos Coelho）今晚表示，為滿足國際債權人要求，政府擬大砍3萬名公務員，作為大規模減支計畫的一環。

庫艾留對全國發表演說時表示，全額退休金領取年齡將延至66歲，公務員每週工時由35小時調至40小時。

以上措施都是為了讓飽受債務危機打擊的歐元區小國葡萄牙，有資格再領急需的紓困金。

庫艾留宣布中間偏右政府最新「中期計畫」，希望能在2016年前省下60億歐元（79億美元）。

根據這項減赤計畫，葡萄牙今年公共赤字預計將減至占國內生產毛額（GDP）的5.5%，明年降到4.0%，2015年降到2.5%，符合歐洲聯盟規定的3.0%上限。

這項計畫尚需3大國際債權人－歐洲聯盟、歐洲中央銀行（ECB）和國際貨幣基金（IMF）的同意。3大債權人於兩年前通過葡萄牙的780億歐元紓困方案。

預估葡萄牙今年經濟將萎縮2.3%，失業率將突破18%，創新高紀錄。（譯者：中央社王黛麗）
