韓政府擬維持開城水電供應 以保持聯繫

據南韓政府消息人士透露，既使開城工業區已經成為空城，南韓也有可能不會中斷開城工業區的水電供給，因為南韓希望藉此定期訪問開城，與北韓方面保持連絡。

韓聯社今天晚上報導，滯留開城工業區的韓方人員，雖然已全部返韓，但南韓政府考慮到人身安全問題，將組織水電技術人員，定期訪問開城。

由於北韓也並不希望韓方中斷水電供應，因此不排除北韓允許韓方技術人員，定期訪問開城的可能性。如果南韓水電技術人員，能夠定期訪問開城的話，這意味著兩韓仍將透過開城工業區的窗口，維持起碼的聯繫。

目前南韓政界部分人士也認為，從人道主義角度出發，中斷供水和供電的做法並不合適。而政府也似乎考慮到，若中斷供水供電，設備會出現老化。政府一高層人士表示，會根據兩韓關係，並考慮多方因素而做出最終決定。（王長偉 首爾報導）
